Atenció que La Casa del Llibre ha obert una gran botiga en plena Rambla, al número 88, pràcticament al davant la Boqueria. És una de les grans novetats d’aquesta tornada d’estiu! A l’edifici del pàrking “intel·ligent”, el que van construir l’any 92 i que “intel·ligentment” deixa veure la torre del Pi. Aquesta nova Casa del Llibre sí que afegeix valor a una Rambla que volem de tots, turistes i barcelonins!
Són dues plantes a les que entres per la Rambla i que curiosament només et permeten un circuit. Vull dir que entres per la Rambla i si vols sortir no pots fer marxa enrere sinó que has de fer tot el circuit, pujar al primer pis i des d’allà baixar cap al passatge Amadeu Bagués. Per entendre’ns, no pots sortir per on has entrat.
-”Teniu els mateixos llibres que a Passeig de Gràcia?” vaig demanar a la depenenta.
-”El fons de llibres és similar, potser aquí tenim alguns llibres més adreçats als turistes i en alguna línia en tenim alguns menys que a Passeig de Gràcia”.
Però vaja, molt similar.
Com molts recordareu, la nova Casa del Llibre ocupa l’espai on hi havia la sala de jocs New Park, que ara ocupa només el soterrani.

Creus que han rebut alguna mena d’incentiu per part de l’Ajuntament per instal·lar-s’hi? Per això d’afegir valor a La Rambla que comentes.

Hola Pakiba, quan hi vagis ja ens diràs que et sembla. No sé si queda prou clar al post que la botiga no és tan gran com la de Passeig de Gràcia, però és prou espaiosa, a mi m’ha agradat, sobretot en el context actual de la Rambla…
