I seguint el nostre recorregut pel 22@ arribem a l’edifici Mèdia-Tic, que està al carrer Roc Boronat (nom de qui va inventar el cupó dels cecs!) cantonada amb Sancho de Ávila (que potser és el carrer que dóna més mal rotllo de tot Barcelona). Sincerament jo no el coneixia però quan el veus crida molt l’atenció, és un edifici rar i que crec que semblarà sempre com inacabat. La web de l’Ajuntament diu que “serà el nucli d’unió entre l’espai dels clústers Mèdia o TIC del 22@”. Seran 14.000m2 d’espais per empreses, recerca i formació. La UOC, per exemple, n’ocuparà 5.000. Diu que és obra del despatx d’arquitectura Cloud-9, dirigit per Enric Ruiz-Geli: “Pretén ser una seu emblemàtica del món digital i un vehicle de difusió de noves tecnologies, alhora de ser concebut com un espai cívic, socialment obert”.
